BIKE RIDE FUND RAISER FOR ALL FIRST RESPONDERS. Won't you join me in participating in this fun and meaningful event? Everyone is welcome!

Did you know, since April of 2014, Tema Conter Memorial Trust reports a total of 242 suicides across Canada!!!!
This trend needs to stop. Lets do our part to bring awareness to mental health importance among First Responders and help create a new trend! A trend to speak up. A trend to talk. A trend to seek help!
We have organized a 50km and 100km bike ride around Oxford County, starting and finishing in Woodstock. For the second year in a row, we have decided to donate our proceeds to Tema Conter's "Peer Support and Family Assistance Fund".
This fund was created with the help of Wounded Warriors Canada, to help give money to First Responders, Military Personnel and their family members when they require financial assistance to help pay for pyschologists and psychotherapists. Each individual can qualify for $1,000 in funding.
